"Give yourself grace — rehabilitating an injury doesn't happen in a vacuum; life, commitments and emotions all play a part and sometimes you just need to remind yourself you are doing the best you can, and if that's not perfect, that's okay!"
About
Jessica grew up as a competitive gymnast — and, by her own admission, an injury-prone one. Frequent stints in the physio clinic introduced her to practitioners who made a real difference, and she decided early that she wanted to do the same for others. Her background in Sport and Exercise Science informs a treatment approach built around strength and conditioning: not just getting people through an injury, but building a body that's more resilient on the other side. She has a particular interest in youth sport injuries and works with kids and teens across a range of sports and activities alongside her general musculoskeletal caseload.
Outside of work
Stays active at the gym and has recently taken up tennis with friends — she'll be the first to admit results are mixed.
