Safe exercise for new mums

Join our Mums & Bubs classes if you:

Have recently had a baby and want to return to exercise safely

Are navigating pelvic floor symptoms and movement

Want the company of new mums as much as the exercise itself

Aren't sure what's safe for your body yet, post-birth

Want to bring your baby along with you

Led by a Women's Health physio

With a maximum of 4 participants per class, each 45-minute session remains personal — and your baby's always welcome. Your physio knows your body and adapts the exercises to your stage of recovery.

Pelvic floor + core recovery

Rebuilding strength safely from the ground up, whether you're 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum.

Safe return to exercise

A gradual, physio-guided path back to the activity you love, at a pace that's right for your body.

Strength + confidence

Building real functional strength for the demands of new motherhood — lifting, carrying, and keeping up.

Getting started

01

Start with an initial assessment

You'll have a 45-minute assessment with a Women's Health Physiotherapist.

02

We'll get to know you and your recovery

Your birth story, pelvic floor symptoms, and what you're hoping to get back to.

03

A program designed for you and bub

Same room, different program — targeted exercise for your individual recovery.

04

Community and accountability

The support of other new mums, and a physio who understands what your body's been through.

Mums & Bubs sessions at Narrabeen

Bring your baby along

Pram, carrier, or a mat right beside you, or a rare hour to yourself while someone looks after them. All fine. Our classes offer a no-pressure, supportive space for every mum.
