You can still exercise in lock down!

 Remember we need to:

-  Get up and move around every 45-60 minutes

-  Complete 150 minutes of moderate activity per wk (walking) OR 75 minutes of vigorous activity (jogging)

-  Eat healthy food and drink plenty of water
