Are you ready to move your body again after having a baby? Our Mums & Bubs Physio-Led Classes are specially designed to help you safely return to exercise, support your recovery, and rebuild your confidence — all while fitting seamlessly into your new life as a mum.
Whether you’re easing back into fitness, rebuilding strength after birth, or aiming to get back to running, this program is tailored just for you. Plus, you’re welcome to bring your baby along — in a pram, carrier, or on a mat nearby!
Led by a Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Every session is expertly crafted to support your postnatal recovery. We focus on pelvic floor health, core reactivation, posture, and overall strength and conditioning — all vital for your long-term wellbeing.
Bubs Welcome (Optional)
Bring your little one along or enjoy some well-deserved “you time” during class. Whether your baby is snoozing in the pram or happily playing next to you, our classes offer a no-pressure, supportive space for every mum.
