Program Details:
Minimum 12-week commitment
Sessions delivered in a Group Format, ensuring fun and support with people in a similar situation.
45 min classes including a warm-up, strength and balance exercises and cool-down.
Through this program, we aim to empower you to live confidently and safely, improving bone health and overall well-being.
*Health funds provide a rebate for physiotherapist services including 1:1 and group exercise
