These classes are for people recovering from acute injuries, post surgery, or even looking to optimise their function pre-surgery.
These small classes will be entirely individualised, focusing on the specific movements you need to return to your sport, your job, or just perform your day to day activities at your best, free of pain. If you are looking for the fastest, most effective route to recovery then this is the class for you.
After a thorough assessment of your injury and physical capacity, we design your exercise program based on the most cutting edge sport science and physiotherapy research utilised by elite athletes, scaled to meet your ability and needs. We will constantly re-assess and refine this program as you progress from injured to resilient.
Recovery classes are for people who;
- Have recently sustained an injury e.g sports injuries, accidents
- Are pre-surgery and looking to get as strong and healthy as possible so that their recovery after surgery is easier
- Are post surgery and are looking to optimise their recovery e.g post ACL reconstruction, hip replacement, shoulder reconstruction
*Health funds do provide a rebate for physiotherapy run exercise classes.
