Are you living with shoulder pain?


Shoulder pain is the third most common musculoskeletal complaint reported to GP’s (after back and neck pain).

Shoulder pain may have a large impact on your ability to perform everyday tasks and negatively affect your general quality of life. 


Our program is designed with the latest research in the physiotherapy and medicine on shoulder pain treatments. With this, we aim to decrease pain levels and increase your ability to perform everyday tasks. 


The shoulder is complex and many different structures and factors may be playing a role in your pain. As such, we tailor each session to suit your individual needs and provide tools to help you self manage. 

This is 10 week program which includes:


  • A detailed assessment - we discuss where you are currently at, your personal goals, and a structured plan to achieve your goals


  • 2 education resources breaking down what the research says, myths and misconceptions and the critical role exercise plays in recovery


  • 12 small group personalised exercise sessions

  • A re-assessment and planning session to organise your next 12 months and discuss how to maintain or further advance the benefits you've seen during the program
