These classes are Pilates inspired exercises for core strength, stability and mobility. We use variety of equipment to focus on specific muscles. Exercises are tailored to your level to help achieve your goals.
A great way to activate the core muscles, improve hip and pelvic stability and posture without overloading the body! Perfect for those with long term dysfunction and pain and in the early stages of recovering from injury.
Mat: Small group classes (4-6 participants)
Reformer: Private 1 on 1 or semi private classes available
Equipment: Small group classes (3-5 participants)
Pre and post natal: Join any of our classes and we can modify exercises to prevent pain and dysfunction during the later stages of pregnancy and regain strength and control post-natally.

Strength and resistance training. This is a progression from our Physioform classes. There is a strong emphasis on core strength with more injury specific rehabiliation movement patterns.
Ideal for return to sport after injury or surgery, long term management, improving function and prevent de-conditioning. They are also a good challenge!
Yoga inspired movements, focusing on mobility and self release techniques. While power/hatha yoga targets the muscles and cardiovascular system, yin yoga targets the body's connective tissue with longer held stretches. Integrating exercises from both in a class will create a strong, energised body, free of any tissue restriction. Injuries are taken into account.
